[ As Keith Stout Keith ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dusty dark malt, dark roasted, dusty malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty maly, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, sweet roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160115]
