Really nice honey lager. The aroma is 99% honey. Official Swiss honey seal hidden under the label. I wish all lagers had a bit of honey.

Pale golden with a white head - Malt aroma - Malt body with a nice balancing hop bitterness - The malt goes into the finish - This was ok

opalescent dark golden colour, one inch of creamy, ecru-ish white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of grainy, bread crusty and slight hay notes; taste of malty-syrupy sweetness with a mit of metallic notes; drinkable

33cl bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 20th January 2022. Shared with little Andy at home on 2nd October 2021. Guess what colour it is, yes, it's amber! It's also a sweet, caramel flavoured weak bodied brew.

Green twist top 33cl bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 28th February 2022. Drank at home on 29th September 2021. Clean and clear golden body, snow white head. Aroma of rice, corn and other grain like 'stuff'. Oh dear it also tastes of rice, corn and other grainy 'stuff'. This isn't a nice beer at all.

330ml bottle shared with Haddock, who was at pains to point out that this is 6% ABV not 8% ABV. Misty amber, with a nice settled white head. Aroma and taste seem to bring to mind IPAs of the pre-craft days, nicely fruity in an orangey citrus and amber malt way, soft bitterness. Nice

Sunday 26th September 2021. The quest goes on tasting with Mat in Chez Sophie. Shared 33cl bottle from Beers of Europe (6%, not 8%): BB 1st February 2022. The best beer from these guys I've had so far (not difficult). Mini haze to the amber body, white topping. Nice and easy IPA with a good hop profile on a solid semi-sweet malty base.
