In my point of view, it is a classical lager, on the German way, malty, a bit metalic, bready, a bit watery, few hop, average, 19.11.17, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne.

0.5 l can from 'Coop City' (Basel), best before August 2026. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, some straw and traces of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a little fruity-floral and a bit musty taste of grains, corn, some straw and hints of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Just about drinkable.

Can from Coop in Zermatt, Switzerland. Pours clear pale straw with large white head. Aroma is malt, grass, herbs, and lemon. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter, and faint acidic. Body is watery with medium carbonation. Finish is medium long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, grain, grass, and herbs. A bit thin but otherwise pretty nice.

Buying this can at the BP station, Tiefencastel train station. Trying this can before to take the train to Thusis. A classical Swiss amber beer, rather dry with metalic note of perle hop, probably, toffee, dry malt, regular, 24.10.21

Last bottle from a discount of the last year. Opening it at home, Epalinges. There is nothing extraordinary with this one. A weak lager beer on the Swiss way, light, watery, mineral, dry malt, some perle hop, ok to start a night or at the lake, 10.04.23

Drinking this can on sunday, at Montreux, buying it at the migrolino. Since I long time that I didn't drink it, as usual not great but it is a good beverage for the thirst, malty, smooth, dry and mineral at some moments, yeasty, a bit sweet, bitter, 03.12.24

For this brewery, we could say that it is not a bad IPA. It is really malty, sweet, balanced with hop, not bad, 06.09.16, drinking it at Petit-Lancy with Fred.
