Can 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a smal, white head. Faint wort aroma. Light body, a slight, dry maltiness and a surprisingly hefty dose of bittering hops. Quite decent. 200325 --- Beer merged from original tick of Quöllfrisch Alkoholfrei on 09 Dec 2024 at 18:46 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3.5. Original review text: Can 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a dense and lacing white head with good retention. Dry malty nose, vague hint of wort. Light body, again discreet wort, discreet sweetness and a metallic touch. Lightly hoppy finish. Decent. 091224

Drinking it on sunday, a classical before to go to the Olympic Museum with my son. A helles brewed on the German way. You get note of dry malt, dry, mineral, German hop giving a metallic touch, bitter, refreshing, a classic of our country.
RB score 2.8

Bottle purchased at a kiosk at Zurich railway station for thirst quenching consume at the train. Well, it did the job, but with no surprise this was not even close to a memorable experience. Clear pale golden body with a light white head. Aroma and taste is more than less identical with any industrial euro-lager. Nothing wrong but deadly boring and not really very refreshing either.

Can, a gift from Switzerland. Pours yellow with white head. Pretty average lager, light and easily drinkable with no outstanding characteristics in flavour or in taste. Not the worst I’ve ever had.

0.33 l bottle from Switzerland, thx to my gf. Average macro dunkel in every sense. Not undrinkable, but there’s nothing noteable about it.

0.33 l bottle from Switzerland, huge thanks to my GF. Pours deep, clear golden with thick, but qickly disappearing head. Nose is reminiscent of a lager with some mandatory fruity and flowery notes - tho these latter only come through faintly. This lager-like characteristic is present in taste as well: although - the quite faint - bitter tones are there, I can't help feeling like I was drinking a hoplager. Also, the bitterness is only as strong as one would expect from a pale ale or hoppier lager, definitely not enough for an IPA. Some biscuity malt and weak honey are there, too. Light bodied with average carbo. Messy and out-of-style.
