500ml can [courtesy of Chris, thank you very much!]. Opalescent (but definitely not hazy), yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, snow white head. Grainy, strawy, pale malty aroma, a touch of protein, doughy yeasty and minimally waxy overtones. Taste is grainy and strawy, pale malty, mildly bitter hoppy, slightly doughy yeasty and minimally yeasty fruity, hints of protein, a weak touch of apricot; lingering, moderately bitter and minimally leafy hoppy finish.
Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Yes, yeasty, but I can't detect what makes this a "aussergewöhnlich fruchtiges Bier" - meh!

Not my favourite of this brewery, too hazy, too fatty, unbalanced, sirup side and cheap side of cannabis, metalic and perle hop, metalic, 21.12.19, at Epalinges, buying it at one coop.

For me, this beer was rather good and original, not so common, a sensation to drink a chinotto, side of orange peel, ginger that it is not disgusting, fruity, sweet and sparkling, red carrot, malty, discreet note of hop, 05.03.21, at Epalinges, from one Rio Getränkmarkt at Muri "AG"

From one Getränkmarkt at Interlaken, best before 01/24. Tasting and enjoying this product yesterday, without stress at Epalinges. Fresh, light and subtle rye beer, watery, fresh rye, fresh cereal, discreet touch of apricot, regular bitterness, 06.06.24

Drinking it directly at the urba kids, before to drive back at home, it was a reasonnable solution, not strong. Personally, I prefer the radler of calanda. This one is ok, basic, limonade, sweet, light and watery, few hop, 03.04.23

Sometimes, I am astonished with some comments. This beer is a good one, black body, brown foam, roasted malt, sweet, a little smocked, great, 16.09.16, at Prélaz, buying it in one coop.

From one Getränkmarkt, in Interlaken, in june 2023. Drinking this rather basical pale ale brewed on the Swiss way after a rough day of work, due to a tree fallen on the tracks in Seyssel area. This one is a bit boring, malty, a bit watery, basic hop, 18.10.24, at my hotel room, at Paris, Mercure.
