Dies ist ein einfaches, schweizer Helles in einer speziellen Flasche (die man leider nur in der Schweiz retournieren kann) mit enormer Süffigkeit. Nur am Hopfen hat man ein bisschen gespart. Nichtsdestotrotz ein feines Bier.

Für ein Dunkles hat es recht viele Röstaromen, was sich auf die Süße auswirkt. Es bleibt dadurch aber interessant, wenn es auch etwas wirr wirkt.

Bottle. Pours very slightly hazy with small white head. Sweetish aroma of yeast and malt, probably due to the fact that the bottle is well past BBD. Bittersweet flavour, rather faint hoppy notes. Estery finish. Acceptable. Surprisingly good given that it is past the BBD. Needs re-rating, though.
