Bottle, 0.75l, shared with Saska & Tomi. Pours pitch black with large frothy light brown head and fair lacing. Aroma of cloves, cinnamon, anise, roasted malt and chocolate. Taste starts with medium sweet rich roasted malt, coffee and chocolate, following is full of spices, but rounded with vanilla. Mouthfeel is warming, alcohol well hidden, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Great winter pleasure when summer is few steps away only...

0,5 l on tap. Pours hazy straw yellow with a finger of frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon, fruit and some light malt. Flavor is similar, citrus, what, malt, slightly grainy. Taste is light sweet, some bitterness. Body is light, texture almost thin and carbonation quite lively. Finish is quite dry, light bitterness, citrus is present till the end. Not a superb hoppy wheat, it is however refreshing and very drinkable. Proper summer beer for hopheads.

On tap. Pours hazy and pale yellow color, topped with medium small white head. Intense and superb fruity aroma with lots of lemon candy presence. Gentle hoppy bitterness with some lemony feel over it and slight herbal finish. Lasting aftertaste. Light body, superby fresh feel - true summer drink.

(bottle, Slovenian Weeks at Baderbräu, Schnaitsee) Hazy, almost cloudy orange-golden colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Fresh and fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lychee, hints of wax, yeasts and alcohol. Rounded sweet-bitter flavor, almost full bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Dry-ish IPA character, slightly yeasty with fruity hoppy notes, mainly grapefruit and lighter tropical accents; drying hop bitter grapefruity finish with a warming alcoholic strength. Pleasant. 13.III.17

(draught at Baderbräu, Schnaitsee) Almost clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy rim. Fruity hoppy aroma with loads of grapefruit, also citrus, shades of grass and herbal spice, mildly malty background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost tame carbonation. Dry (cara-)malty base with fruity and delicately spicy hops, mildly tropical sweetness in the background; moderately hop bitter and delicately sweet finish with a pronounced fruity and slightly exotic hoppy tail. Good one. 13.III.17
