Bottled. Near black, rich creamy head. Rich aroma of bitterherbs and wild strawberries. Mid sweet with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Minty herbs, chocolate and licorice. Herbal bitter finish. Really nice.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Pours cloudy pale amber with a medium head. Arona of malt, fruits, grass, dust, dough rises. Flavour is medium sweet, malty with a good bitter end. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Not bad.

Bottled at Sir William’s, Ljubljana. Cloudy amber, rich firm head. Perfumy lychee aroma. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruity lychees, somewhat subdued by caramelly sweetness. Creamy tropical fruits and white pepper. A relaxed, unusually harmonious DIPA. While this is the last bottle from the pubs shelves, and it is just on the edge of its expiry date it remains really tasty. Pelicon rocks!

Bottled at Sir William’s, Ljubljana. Black, small head. Rich coffee aroma. Sweet with full body and soft, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Coffee, chocolate and notes of treacle. Mid bitter finish. Really rich and viscous.
