Bottle from Cornelius. Clear orange/bronze body with a thin white head. Very lively carbonation. Aroma of iced tea, lemon and weak grain. Flavour of peach, sweet iced tea and straw. Thin body with a light, spritzy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. After three good beers from this brewery, I expected better. This is a pretty weak effort.

Bottle, 0.50l. Murky deep amber color with large soapy off-white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grapefruit, passion fruit, pine, caramel and herbs. Taste starts with fresh grapefruit and grassy, supported by moderate malty backbone, mouthfeel is mild spicy and earthy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not so bad, but for sure reminds me more of Death Valley than El Dorado...

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy amber body with a large off-white head. Aroma of caramel, grapefruit, flowers and dried grass. Flavour of blood orange, bitter hops and earth. Medium body with an oily texture. Very fizzy - perhaps a bit overcarbonated. A raw, hoppy American Pale Ale. Very nice.

Bottle from Valhalla’s Goat. It pours golden-orange with a decent off-white head. The nose is soft, peach, orange rind, toasty pine, mild sweetness and earth. The taste is crisp, bitter orange, grapefruit, waxy rind, pepper, peach, touch of alcohol, some bread and brioche with a dry, citrusy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice orangey IPA. Tasty stuff.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Low carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of honey, pine and orange. Flavour of caramel, pithy orange and pine needles. Thin to medium body with and oily texture. Soft fizz. Not a groundbreaking beer - just a really well made IPA.
