Beer premiere at Pivo & Burger Fest Ljubljana, on tap. Pours a hazy orangey amber color, topped with a medium sized tan colored head, very decent retention. Pleasant and mild fruity aroma, tropical fruits easily picked up. Taste starts with a light fruity sweetness, followed by a mild hoppy bitterness. Very nicely balanced, gentle, perfect for hot weather.

50cl bottle in Ljub pours a very murky gold with some thin, white head. Nose has a ton of ginger and coriander, lemon-lime soda, straw, some dust. Flavor follows, all ginger and spice, coriander and white pepper, even a little tumeric, some straw, mild grist. Spicy finish. The level of carbonation was distracting.

50cl bottle from Za Popen’t Pivoteka in Ljub. Pours a hazy orange with some circling, white head. Nose is nice, tropical fruit, mango, star fruit, some melon, some orange and tangerine too. Flavor has a nice fruity sweetness that kicks things off, mango, melon, some jack fruit, orange bitterness, tangerine, soap, mild resin, a little candlewax. Crisp finish. This was very impressive. Restrained but tons of flavor.

50cl bottle at Sir Williams Pub in Ljub, pours a hazy deep oramge with some cloudy, white head. Spicy nose, some herbs and pepper, that typical dry candy nose saisons have, perfume, candlewax. Flavor follows, candy sugar but not sweet, honey comb, pepper, lightly vegetal, orange, rose water. Spritzy finish.

50cl bottle from BeeRightBack pours a murky, garnet amber with some ringing white head. Nose, even on the crack of the bottle, had big C hops, some fresh apple, malt, orange, soap, herbs. Flavor follows, some Bosch pear, orange, a little grapefruit, soap, herbs, some over baked biscuit, hints of toffee. Dry, bitter finish. This makes for a heck of a session beer at 4.5%.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, large of white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is spices, wheat, coriander, ginger, hay, floral, pepper. Flavor follows, kind of a mix between a Saison and a wit, light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, high carbonation. Nice.

On tap at Ljubljanski Festival Piva 2015. Had one glass to rate it and then several more just before closing the Fest. Black coloured, small to medium sized beige head, pure coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, distinct coffee, light chocolate and touch of hop bitterness with again coffe in the finish. Decent coffee stout. Liked it a lot.

Bottle or on tap (not sure) at Ljubljanski Festival Piva 2015. Shared with Marko. Cloudy golden coloured, medium sized creamy white to off-white head that stays for a while, tropical fruits and hops in the nose. Moderate malty, tropical fruits, slight alcoholic and bitter hoppy finish. Nice DIPA.
