Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a slightly hazy caramel color with a medium sized creamy orange-white head that left great lacing. The aroma was bitter with piney and floral hops. The flavor was sweet and tangy with pine, floral hops, moderate bitterness and a bit of toasted caramel. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy brown head that left good lacing. The aroma was toasty, woody, a bit roasty and had a coffee element. The flavor was smoke, red meat, wood, red wine, a bit of vanilla and toasty malts. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Disappointing.

Draft. Golden body with a frothy white head, lasting. Aroma of floral hops, toasted grain, grapefruit. Hint of caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Grapefruit taste with a pine finish.

Tap, magic tree. No real aroma, quite sterile. First taste is slightly tart. Certainly there is the presence of cranberries. Rather dull like many fruit beers as the session continues. Like the average fruit beer. Some cigarette butte in the finish.
