1:1 cherry cordial, maybe not in a great way, cause it's legit cherry cordial blended up into a stout. Very dry and very much a sipping dessert beer.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2017. Cloudy orange color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Tropical fruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, pineapple and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2017. Slightly hazy pale yellow-golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Citrus, ginger and wheat in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of lemon, ginger and herbal wheat. The finish is lemony with a spicy ginger aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a dark brownish-amber color with a thin beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Malty aroma with fruit in the background. Light to medium body with flavors of earthy malt, caramel and fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours pitch black with a medium foamy tan head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Roasted malt, chocolate and coffee in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of dark malts, roasted coffee and chocolate. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Medium body with flavors of roast malt, cinnamon and citrus. The finish is sweet with a spiced orange aftertaste. Decent overall.

Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, herbal hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, biscuit malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
