Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Na’ama. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, fruity esters, a bit of spiciness. Rather dry flavor, mildly tart, with some fruitiness and a spicy note. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Decent and refreshing.

Bottled. Amber colour, wildly gushing lively head. Fruity canteloupe aroma. Dry with light body and clean, rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Fruity with mild peach and canteloupe. Slight bitterness. Quite charming and laid back, but with out of control bottle conditioning.
