Bottle shared at a picnic in Strasbourg. Dark golden with small off white head and lots of yeast depot. Sweet malts, sugary, light pastry with vanilla cream, honeyed nuts, light grassy weeds and a slightly metallic finish. Over medium sweet and light bitter. Over medium bodied. Not bad but it’s mostly just sugary malts.

[ As Nicolas Vahé Xmas Beer ].Clear light to medium yellow amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, spicy, herbal, cinnamon, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dusty, spicy, cinnamon, sweet malt, herbal.
