Botle 0.33l at home, Vantaa. Colour is clear dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Harshness, bread, some chocolate, some caramel and malts. Pretty good dunkel! Nice surprise after horrible Lapin Amber Lager. Fresh.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Vantaa. BBE 2017-01-11. Colour is cloudy and little bit of musty orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, some grape, dryness, some hops and malts. Weak flavours and aroma has some serious problems with vegetables. Horrible.

Bottled 330ml (thanks austone!)
Hazy orange color, mostly vanishing white head. Aroma is a grainy with light fruityness. Light-bodied. Similar grainy notes in the flavor. Pale malty with light fruityness. Nice spicey bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit homebrewish (or one you get from the standard brewpubs around the world) touch maybe but with a good amount of bitterness (even they claim that this beer is for beginners) this is drinkable.

330ml bottle from Pien, Helsinki. Pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma of bready malts, hints of rye, syrup, caramel and grain. Taste is smooth, malty and slightly grainy with some bready notes, hints of rye and syrup. Finish is grainy, earthy and slightly malty with some hints of rye. Okay, quite easy going and balanced.

A dark brown beer, a head is big and beige. Aroma has bread and herbs, hint of vegetables. Taste has (rye-)bread, herbs, quite dry, some bitterness in the end. Medium bodied. Typical breadyness, plus point for bitterness. Decent.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, from CM Ruoholahti, 20160930) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was large, nearly white and it lasted long. Aroma had caramel, burnt malts and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, ash, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was ashy and bitter. I’d say this beer is not a Dunkel but a Schwarz and not a bad one.
