Bottle, small stable creamy head, quite hazy orange colour, aroma of bread, honey drops, nuts and white fruits in the back, flavour of white fruits, candy and some lemony sourness and a double cream sensation, some alcohol showing in the back and quite sweet. Enjoyable and true to the style tripel.

Bottled. Hazy amber, rich head. Aroma of grapefruit peels. Dryish with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Crystal malt and salted grapefruits, long salty bitterness. Intense and salty, bit edgy.

Bottle. Cloudy deep orange to brown color with a nice, stable, big off-white head. Aroma of coriander, sweet (pumpkin pie) spices, caramel, some fruity esters and citrus notes. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel, yeast, some fruits and quite a bit of spices. Finishes drier and spicier. Medium-bodied. Not bad, but a bit too spicy. 6/4/5/3/11=2.9

Draught, stable creamy head, hazy deep orange colour, aroma of bread, bubblegum, and some strawberries, flavour of bublegum with a strong fruitiness, pleasant medium strong bitterness and a light fruity sourness, medium bodied. Nice pleasant weizen that is true to the style.

Bottle. Cloudy deep golden-amber color with a medium white head. Aroma of fruit esters and some spiciness. Sweet-spicy flavor with some fruits, malt, honey, yeast and a spicy alcoholic finish. Medium-bodied. Not really a fun beer (too sweet and spicy), but kinda OK.

Bottle. Almost clear reddish amber color with a medium white head. Lovely citric hops aroma with some tropical fruits and floral notes. Flavor has some malt and mellow sweetness, but is mostly about juicy citric hops. Nice lingering bitter finish. Medium-bodied, rounded mouthfeel. A good and very quaffable IPA.

Bottle. Hazy golden-orange color with a small white head, Aroma of grainy malt, some yeast, citrus, fruit esters, light spiciness and some floral hops. Sweetish and slightly spicy flavor with some malt, wheat, fruits, yeast and a moderately bitter finish with spicy hops. Medium-bodied. Pretty easy-drinking.

Bottle, big bubbly head, opaque very dark brown colour, aroma of citrus and pine, toasted dark bread and a hint of smoke, flavour of dark chocolate, cocoa, herbs and pine, strong smooth bitterness, very very long bitter chocolate aftertaste. An excellent bold beer, highly enjoyable.

0.33l bottle bottle shared @ Israeli tasting evening event. Pours a dark dark brown body with a small bubbly and sidesticking beige head. The aroma is mild sweet with roasted tones. Malty caramel sweetness blended with sweet concentrated milk and some cardboard hints. Not bad. Soft carbonation and a light oily to watery texture in the mouth. Light roasted and it has cocoa and chocolate that gives it a good sweetness. Also something that remind a bit of lactose's before it ends quite dry-ish. All in all very drinkable with nice flavors all the way, and yeah, not bad at all. 11.02.2012

0.33l bottle bottle shared @ Israeli tasting evening event. This is a near clear dark golden beer with a nice small sidesticking off-white head. The aroma is not bad; Hoppy with tones of citrus, hay and grass. It has a average carbonation level and a nice quite oily mouthfeel. Not bad in the flavors either this one. Well balanced with a good dash of sweetness, some citrus hints blended with zest and a nice grassy hoppy-bitterness. 11.02.2012
