Pours clear reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, chocolate, coffee, orange and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A clear, dark brown beer topped by a small, beige head. The aroma is roasted and nutty, with a cellar hint. Some orangey fruityness. Soft carbonation, quite dry, and medium bodied. Lightly fruity, citrusy flavor with nuts and roasted malts. Some bitterness in the far back. Lasting finish with caramel, roasted malts and nuts. Quite tasteful and drinkable, but not my favorite kind of brown ale. 141219

Clear dark orange to amber beer, big aery yellowish head, little stable, pretty adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: piny and resinous, sweet caramel, somewhat sweet and malty character, fruity touch, some strawberry jam (ageing?), a bit off. MF: lots of carbon, too much actually, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, bit chemical, very harsh piny bitterness, almost medicinal, soft fruity notes, some caramel, little sweet. Aftertaste: very bitter, medicinal, resinous, very dry, bit chemical.

Draught sample, hazy very cloudy light orange colour, funky cidery sourdough bread aroma. light candy fruity flavour with hints of apple and a light malty backbone, sweet but not cloying, long appley aftertaste with some spicey hints. Good and dangerously drinkable for an 11% brew.

Draught sample at Beers 2014 expo. Cloudy orange with a big white head, a bit creamy. Pleasant aroma of fruity esters (banana, apple, a bit of citrus) and a mild spicy phenols touch with a light hint of alcohol. Sweet flavor, a bit alcoholic, with lots of fruity esters, a bit of bubblegum and a drier finish, a bit of bitter, spicy and alcoholic. Medium-bodied, creamy rounded mouthfeel. Decent, better than the regular version, but still a bit too sweet and alcoholic.

Nice floral in the nose, very fresh hops. Smooth. The beer starts smooth, floral. A bit rough, but very easy to drink. Very green and fresh hops, nice bitterness that lays below the floral body. The aftertaste is rough-sharp hoppy, slightly malty-sweet, smooth and yeasty.

Pours a completely hazy amber/brown color and a generous off-white head with a very nice retention. The aroma is pleasantly citrusy and malts. Perhaps some other fruits too. It would be very nice if not for some dusty feel. It starts slightly sweet and fruity, but follows with a very decent bitterness. Dry and easy to drink. Not too much aftertaste.

[Thanks to tomer]. Bottle. Brown colour with a frothy and large white head with good duration. Aroma has notes of banana and yeast. Flavor is dominated by ripe banana with strong notes of yeast, slightly citrusy. The final is overcarbonated with a high presence of yeasts.

Slightly hazy amber color, huge white head, lace. Barnyardish, hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Resiny, bitter, piney. Nice hoppy IPA with some maltyness in the background.
