“Zwirbel Amber“, vom Faß in der Holzmarkt Brauerei, Berlin. - Schönes Rotbraun, leicht trüb. - In der Nase sattes Karamelmalz, Toastbrot, milde Zitrusfrucht, Hefe. - Antrunk karamelmalzig aber wenig süß, leicht fruchtig-säuerlich, Orange, gut krautig hopfenherb. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Fruchtig-herber Abgang. - Nett aber wenig ausgefeilt. Eigentlich bloß ein gewöhnliches Gasthausbrauereien-Erzeugnis, dafür deutlich überteuert.
