Taste comprises fruit cake, dates, almond, spice, raisins, toffee, figs. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Tidy enough Quad.

Keg at the Malmo Taproom, Malmo, 18/11/22. Amber pour with light reddish tones topped with an off white cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is dried fruit rinds, straw, caramel, biscuit. Taste comprises biscuit malts, toasted grains, brown bread, dried fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable offering.

Taste comprises chocolate, coconut shavings, toffee fudge, dried fruits, brown sugar melt. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid.

Taste comprises sweet tropical fruits, apricot jam, melon, soft malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with light juicy hop bitterness. Passable ... a touch on the sweet side and lacking bitterness for me.
