Tap at Hopa. Deeper copper pour with a thin off-white head. Nose is mainly bourbon and surprisingly some coffee, with a touch of dried fruits. Taste is sweet and boozy, showing faint malts, lots of bourbon, dried fruits and light esters. The alcohol stands out as the body is way too thin. Close with a warming, boozy finish, has an incredibly light body for the ABV and a soft to average carbonation. Expected more tbh.

On tap at Akkurat. Dark golden with a small white head. Sweetish with bread, grass and malt. Soft and easy to drink.

From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of sour berries, raspberries, some Bretty notes. Flavour is medium sour and just a little bit sweet. Body is light to medium. Pleasant and quite refreshing raspberry sour.

From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of sour fruits, citrus, Brett funk, some lactic notes. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is medium. Extremely crisp and refreshing, this is a delicious Bretty Sour Ale.
