Bottled. Yellow clear and white head. Some aromatic hops and light citrus. Pretty average. Not sure why so expensive here at $3 a bottle.

From tap at d.b.a., New Orleans. Very malty with some caramel, sweetish berries, soft yeast (lacking yeast character), grain. Bit sweet, medium body. Not much of a Bière de Garde at all, more British in style. Drinkable but a bit disappointing.

The color does match the taste. It's delicious but deceiving .

It might be because I was dealing with satan's puppy, but this was so needed and it tastes lovely.
