Bottle shared at Lazy Sunday THT. Pale jizzy straw color. Sweet pear sugars, hints of elderflower and almond. Very juicy, fruit tartness. Medium body and festive bubbly carb.

Bottle shared rhanks to sjogro. Slighr hazy pale straw with a lot of lively carbonation. Dry pear, soft grassy, apple peel, a touch of dry cellar funk, gooseberries. Medium sweet, light tart. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

Bottle in Paris. Smooth and not too sweetish beginning. Fruity apples, very soft. Hints of sour tartness, still hints of sweetness left to make it highly drinkable. Smooth and appley aftertaste, round and fresh. Very nice Demi-Sec Cidre.
