Интересный ламбик, немного более водянистый чем надо но все таки вкусный и самое главное что в стиль.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of baking spices, tons of brett, and some hay. Flavour is buggy, with lots of musty brett, light phenols, and bready malt. Not a great brett character but it’s reasonably structured.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma has soft brett, bready malt, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is full of phenols—almost nothing but burnt rubber. This is messed up. Garbage.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose has tons of floral bergamot notes that dominate, with soft leathery funk, and earthiness. Very soft, and dominated by the bergamot. Good for what it is, though hardly recognizable as a lambic.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma is full of musty blueberry skins, gentle barnyard, and earthiness. Flavour has earthy, musty notes, and soft cherry skins. Earthy, berry-dominated, with little funk. Good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tangy dry-hopping, some musty leather, and subtle barnyard funk. Flavour is dominated by the Nelson, with lots of tangy hops, light leather, and gentle funk. The Nelson-hopping is a cool idea but it drowns out the funk. Good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear bright beautiful rosé with a small pink-tinged head. Aroma has plenty of earthy beets, light acidity, and soft leather. Flavour is acidic, with only a bit of earthy beets, soft leathery funk, and some mildew. Earthy, beet-like, gently acidic finish. Fun but not awesome.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, with plenty of leathers, and some citrus. Flavour has light grape skins, moderate funk, and a touch of citrus. Pretty convincing for a gueuze, though it can’t compete with the big boys. Good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a strange tartness, some odd yeastiness that comes across lightly tart and herbal. Flavour is sweaty, with lots of oxidation, cardboard notes, and weird tartness. This is messed up.
