Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a decent, roughish off-white head. Also some acetobachter here, but less pronounce and actually some quite pleasant woody accents that aren't drowned in acidity. Medium body, a tart fresh fruitiness and again very distict and pleasant oakiness. A mouthdryingy tart and dry finish. Again very interesting and complex. 251125

Tap @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Nearly clear dark golden, white head. Funky, fruity aroma. Sourish flavour, mild barn, some malty sweetness, quite fruity with nice funky roughness.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tangy dry-hopping, some musty leather, and subtle barnyard funk. Flavour is dominated by the Nelson, with lots of tangy hops, light leather, and gentle funk. The Nelson-hopping is a cool idea but it drowns out the funk. Good.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours clear gold with a white head. Musty old wood, mildew, tangy white wine grapes on the nose. Flavour has great funk, old furniture, musty, tangy white wine grapes. Excellent.
