500ml bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate roast malts big vanilla and barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate vanilla barrel very nice.

Undated can drunk 12/24/23. Moderately to heavily hazy, bright lemony-bronze. Lacey, small, off-white head quickly to cover. Pine and citrus, not unlike Julius, though with a bit less maltiness. Clean, fruity, no resin or alcohol. Well, it is very malty with heavy tangerine juice, lemon, pine accents and light mango. Sweet honey-like malt character, though drying out on the finish with good bitterness and light cracker. Lots of yeast but it's lightly fruity and clean, with no bubblegum. Would like to visit this brewery.

500ml bottle at share. Dark brown pour, opaque, a few stray bubbles. Swet, woody aroma, boozy, Taste follows with a broas malty character, notes of tobacco, oak, boozy, warm. Smooth despite the high ABV.

Bottle at the Boise tasting. Pours murky dark brown. Dark malts, maple, caramel, sweet, vanilla. Good, very sweet.

Undated can from warm shelf drunk 11/16/23. Heavily hazy, huge, white head, good retention. Peach-bronze-golden. Soft yellow fruits with light citrus and gentle floral notes. Clean, estery yeast with cracker malts. Lingering tangerine, wood, strong peach. Soft, juicy, malty, sweet, estery, peachy. Wow, that's a lot going on. A bit messy, with some hot ester in there and on the sweeter side. Lots of citrus with good juiciness and some moderate bitterness. Good flavors, great maltiness, but just needs more time in the tanks.
