500 ml can Costco Advent Calendar 2022 Day #10. Purchased at the Costco in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with a thick lasting two inch egg white head. The aroma is straw, cereal grain malt, and a bit of honey. The taste is a nice balance between the straw and honey malt character, a touch of herbal present as well. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft natural carbonation and a bit of a watery finish.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, copper-ish, dark amber colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally toasty and bready, grainy, malty aroma, a touch of straw and caramel, malt lozenge. Taste is mellow malty, minimally bready, grainy and spicy, minimally toasty, a touch of caramel, malt lozenge, mildly bitter hoppy counterpart. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, silky palate, fine and soft carbonation. Well balanced, well crafted, clean and simple, drinkable - nice.

Als Teil einer Kalea-Männerhandtasche bei Hofer gekauft. Es ist ein nettes, aber auch unspektakuläres Pils, das sehr schlank ist, aber auch nicht zu bitter rüberkommt. Kann man gut trinken, aber ein zweites brauche ich nicht mehr.
