Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, mild dry sweetbitter aftertaste, peppery notes, bit dusty notes. Okay helles.

Clear medium golden colour, a lot of small bubbles, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, grass, dough. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, bit candy sugar. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy, mineral and earthy notes, after a while lingering strong dusty mouthfeel, solid helles though.

Slightly unclear medium amber colour, tall frothy off-white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, caramel, some yeast. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, light roasted maltiness, caramel, candy sugar, bit alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, sweetbitter aftertaste dominated by caramelized malts. Good Doppelbock.

Hazy amber brown colour, good frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, caramel, cloves, light lemon, caramel, hint of cocoa. Taste medium sweet, light bitter and light sourish notes, malty, light roasty, caramel, banana. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, refreshing sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity notes, rather complex weizen, really good.

Bottle, vielen vielen dank Günther! Clear brown amber, tanned cream. Lightly toasted carrot cake aroma. Medium full body, lovely creamy sparkly mouthfeel. Chocolate and dry roast entry, juicy chewy malt, tingling bitterness roast and perfumed hop aromatics in the finish. This beer is great!

Getreidig in Nase und Trunk, geschmacklich echt fein, müsste aber etwas deutlicher im Geschmack sein. Etwas wässrig eben. Ansonsten aber lecker.
