500ml bottle. Hazy, dark mahogany colour with huge, thick, firm, frothy, beige head. Wheaty, malty aroma, slightly bready, notes of baked banana, raisin, plum, a touch of clove, fruit parings. Taste is slightly sweet wheat malty, slightly bready, some baked banana, raisin, plum, some clove, a touch of cinnamon. Quite rich, but mild and drinkable.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy aroma, minimally strawy, some malt spiciness, fungous-yeasty overtones. Taste is moderately sweet grainy, mellow, with hints of honey, a subtle floral and grassy touch. Nicely balanced taste.

Pours cloudy golden colour with a thick white head, fruity aroma with a mellow finish.

Hazy orange body, white head. Lots of banana in the aroma with some spicyness. Banana flavor with more spicyness in then in the aroma.

Smooth and malty, intense bitter caramel, roasted malt. Viscous, Malzbonbon, but not too sweet. The aftertaste is malty-sticky, still quite dry, fresh but deep, roasted caramel, burned sugar and nice bitter. Great beer, that is not too sweet but dry-roasted-malty with caramel!

0,5 l bottle with a simple but good looking label art design. As usual and expected, golden and clear in the glass, medium short living head. Grainy grassy on the nose. Starts with malt, grassy and low grain. Little bit sourish scratchy. Present hop, grainy aftertaste. Really not bad for a Helles.

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and minimally off-white foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheaty with banana-fruit, mildly citric notes and a whiff of toffee. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, rather light bodied with a slightly spritzy carbonation. Slightly mineralic, yeasty, wheat-malty taste with notes of banana, citrus, as well as delicate clovy spice towards the mildly sour-fruity finish. Ordinary Wheat. 03.IX.14

(bottle) Hazy, orange to golden colour with a rocky white foam. Sweet, moderately yeasty and wheaty nose with distinctive notes of banana and restrained clovy spice. Light-sweet and slightly sourish flavour with a quite soft, almost a bit flat carbonation. Initially short wheaty with a light fruit-character and a growing yeasty and hoppy bitterness towards the slightly sourish fruity and spicy finish (01.06.08).

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Grassy and mildly hoppy aroma with doughy pale malt. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Doughy pale malty and subtle grainy taste with grassy hops, getting slightly metallic towards the dry and moderately bitter finish. Quite boring. 01.IX.14

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a blonde foamy head of medium size. Herbal, slightly grassy hoppy aroma with a soft grainy malty sweetness. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Well-rounded herbal hoppy and slightly grainy malty taste, leading into a dry and long-lasting bitter-sweet herbal hoppy finish. Balanced classic Pilsener (10.05.08).

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Mildly grainy and doughy malty aroma with notes of herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm, if not a bit tame carbonation. Doughy pale malt character with subtle grainy spots, chalky notes, herbal and slightly grassy hops towards the dry-ish and mildly sweet-bitter finish. Smells and tastes somewhat discounted. 01.IX.14

Tap @ Delfts bierfestival 2014, medium sample. Hazy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of malt, spicy hop, grassy, bit sulphur. Bit sweet taste, medium bitter. Cellar, dusty. Quite nice keller.

On tap @ Delfts bierfest 2014, with caesar. Cloudy golden/yellow color. White to off white head. Aroma’s: fruity, grain/grass. Less aroma retronasal. Flavor is lightly sweet, wheaty. Light bodied. Finishes with a light bitterness.
