(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a handsome, white head. Fruity nose with some banana. Rather heavy carbonation. Medium body with plenty of malt - especially the banana esters stands out. Quite fresh. 300106

Bottled (BB 04/2006)
Pale hazy yellow, good cloudy white head, lace. Lemony, "dish water" -aroma, a bit yeasty, wheaty notes are quite weak there. Dry, fruity wheat flavors mixed to quite malty base. Medium-bodied, quite flat mouthfeel (compared to many other German hefeweizens), some earthy notes in the finish. Kind of oktoberfest-weizen cross-over.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale, pilsener golden with a huge and handsome head, that laces my glass. Loads of malt sweetness, extremely soft mouthfeel on a malty background and an almost absent bitterness. Very smooth, classical Helles. 170805

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale golden with a delicious, creamy and very white head that laces my glass. Pronounced soft malt-sweetness with only a discreet bitterness. Typical, pleasant Southern German pilsener. 220605

Bottle. A metallic malt aroma with a hint of yeast. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Flavor primarily wheat malt with a moderate hops finish. Moderate body. A lighter landbier - not too bad for a bottled beer.
