Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.

We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

Canned 473ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with Hrabren. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized airy off-white head, citrusy and light fruity nose. Citrusy, light fruity, noticable alcohol and touch of peach with sweet finish.

Bold hop profile but a nice smooth finish. Hazy AF and the peacharine hops come through nicely.

Nice orange peel and coriander flavor. Finishes a little soft. Very classic.

Canned, 473 ml at Ambasada. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Hoppy, ripe tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit, not bad, but too sweet. Medium bodied.

Hazy orange, small off-white head.

Aroma is sharp herbal NZ hops, nice berries, citrus.

Fresh fruity flavour, stone fruit, berries. Sweetness, light bitterness.

Smooth, juicy, quite drinkable. Finishes sweet, minimal bitterness.

Smooth, slightly roasty and malty with some toffee, prunes, caramel, chocolate sauce, barrel, wheaty bourbon and vanilla, some syrup and rye, warming alcohol. Pretty intense and complex

Sweet and boozy, a bit thin but oily viscosity. Strong bourbon, caramel, smooth and rich. Excellent.
