Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.

We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

Heavy American oak, black chocolate. Taste is very intense, very woody, almost no sweetness. Good one.

Many thanks for sharing. Pours dark brown with almost no head. Aroma: bourbon barrels, molasses, smoked malts, tobacco and unami. Taste: roasted malts, tobacco and molasses. Lovely warmth bourbon palate.

Pre-MBCC 2025 tasting with Chris (thx, for the beer, dude!), Farees, and Shane.
A lot of booze, bit also nice dark fruits, more smooth and rich than the components.

Very boozy, dark fruits, nice candy caramel notes. Taste is along the same lines, has better body than Weller one.
Nice one, but it's definitely overrated with 4.7+

Booze, a lot of wood, dark fruits. Damn, this is really boozy and a lot of wood. There are dark fruits, but, man, wood and booze this is what describe this beer --->

Aroma: dank with some nice tropical fruits.
Taste: along the same lines, crispy, maybe a bit soapy.
Overall: ok.

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy blonde yellow with white head. Soft lychee hops with feint grapefruit note. Understated, but blends quite nicely.

Aroma: awesome mix of chocolate, vanilla, and American oak, moderately sweet.
Taste: along the same lines, very thick, moderately to highly thick, boozy kick. A lot of American oak.
Overall: very nice!
