Tasting at Papsø
Muddy brown color; medium head. Dusty aroma of chocolate and roasted malt, light plastic. Chocolate flavor, followed by light roasted malt; a bit too yeasty, and therefore with a vegetables touch, but not bad.

Cloudy deep blond color; nice lace. Creamy hops aroma. Light but nice malt flavor, some residual sweetness, good bitterness; still too much yeast presence, but somehow better than in their other beer.

Hazy red amber color; creamy head. Very yeasty aroma, fruity too. Medium caramel flavor, but the high yeast presence makes it too astringent. Wrong.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of phenol, burnt plastic, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, phenol, caramel, and straw, leading to a very dry spicy finish.
