Old rating from 04-03-15 - 355ml bottle, pours yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of corn, grass & malt. Moderate body, medium to strong carbonation. Slightly crisp & slightly bitter finish. One of my beers of choice on my 2000 US trip.. it not dated well but still better than the average US macro

What can I say? The king of beers that sheep drink. Smells skunky. Looks watery. Tastes ok for what it. Overall, I hate to use this but “ it is what it is”.

OK, just trying to get to 100 and had this beer in fridge. Really is the worst.

OK, not bad for what it is. I can really appreciate the fact that the sheep’s breweries are developing these new and exciting beers. However, they still have a ways to go. But, I encourage them to continue these ventures.

When I first tried this beer. I had to do a double take. This is supposed to be an A-B product? Here again, I am impressed. Yes, I know there are many porters out there that are better, but considering what it is, it’s very good. Aroma is coffee and roasted malt. Appearance is a medium to dark brown. Flavor, wonderful for what it is. I can’t believe I’ve not tried this one sooner!

Bottle. OK, I didn’t know this was as A-B product. Probably caused me to score it lower when I found out. Not a bad beer. It did taste like a pale ale. Had a fruity, hoppy taste but kind of bland. Light color. Overall, it’s worth one try.

Bottle. Not a very good beer. I suppose with a name like "Wild Hops" you would expect a strong hoppy taste but not so!. Would not recommend.
