(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2013) Hazy yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, peaches, lemon and grassy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, pineapple, mango, bread and a generous grassy bitterness in a dry finish. More than medium body, quite dry. Possibly not the most balanced of blond ales, but quite tasty. Nice one.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2013) Black colour with frothy, pale brown head. Roasted, malty nose with oak wood, cherries, coffee and a light acidity. Roasted, malty taste with notes of coffee, liquorice, oak wood, cherries, hints of balsamic vinegar and a generous roasty bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a light sweetness. Lots of oak and cherry character coming through. Quite interesting, but the original version was a lot more balanced. Nice one.
