Description

Modeste 2016. Pours caramelly brown, small white head. Smell is sweet, creamy, some chocolate. Taste is mildly bitter, sweet, some chocolate. Mild fermentation-error though, is what the plastic-like aftertaste gives away ( luckely less extreme than a beer I once brewed myself, that had this 10x harder )

Modeste 2016. Pours unclear amber, OK, very stable and creamy white head. Smell is rather sweet, tad bitter. Nice aromatic ambermalts. They called this an IPA themselves, I stood amazed. How is this an IPA ? Nice amber ale, with a hoppy touch, but NOT an IPA.

At modeste 2016. Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is coriander. Tad sweet. Taste is full, sweet, coriander, rather malty. Nice balance ! though on the sweet side, I think this can please many people, and is a better alternative for beers like karmeliet, la chouffe, or delirium tremens.
