75cl Bottle at DRBM, as Goudpel Chaams Hoenderbier. IPA?? Hazy orange colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, dust, fruits, sweet. Flavour is light sweet, fruity, malty, overcarbonated, floral, light spicy, some liquorice root. Light bodied.

75cl Bottle at DRBM as Zilverpel Chaams Hoenderbier. Hazy yellow colour, whiteh head. Aroma is refreshing citrus, wheat, coriander. Flavour is lemon, dead yeast/plastic, plastic bitterness, light sourish wheat. Light bodied, overcarbonated.

Bottle at DHL fest. Hazy golden color, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma of black pepper, licorice. Taste has bitter herbs and roots, little sweetness. Unusual and interesting tripel.

Draught @ ZBF 2011 (zythos beer festival), Stadsfeestzaal St.-Niklaas, St.-Niklaas, Belgium.Hazy light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, citrus, citrus peel, moderate yeasty, sour, brett notes ! Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110305]

From tap at ZBF2011. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced, light yeasty and lingering subdued fruity. Sweet, spiced and lingering fruity. Bitter and citrusy finish. Light yeasty.

Draught Very pale, hazy yellow beer with a fluffy white head. Pale malts, yeastesters & dry spices, including coriander, I get. Dry, coriander, fake citrus, spice-polished and ricewater. Dry, highly attenuated, bit sticky in the finish all the same. Definitely not my taste. The spice - but as it happens, it’s not coriander, it’s some form of cumin.
