Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012 - Sunday Madness. Bright red with a small pink head. Strong cherry candy and marzipan aroma. Sweet cherry flavour with a tart edge.

Nice ruby red colour with a big pinkish head. Smells like cherry syrup and ’ranja’. Tastes like a sweet rootbeer with a sour aftertastes. Good carbo, medium body.

Bottle @ home, shared with Dutchdrebus. Nice pretty clear, dark red color, big pink head. Smell a lot of cherries and sweetness, but not offensive. Taste is decent: again cherries and sweetness and again not offensive. Nicely balanced and a decent body en carbonation for this type of beer with only 3.5%ABV.

Bottle 250ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, coriander, perfume, flowers, citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111001]
