Kind of murky, sweet, not much to it. Not super awesome. It's actually not that interesting a concept, but rock on.

Doesn't look great, a bit on the murky side. Lots of sweetness, fruity esters but it's also balanced with just enough bitterness. Intense, and the finish is quite boozy. All the good elements are there, but in a rough and ready format where lately I've been leaning towards more refined barley wines. If I were to put this one in a barrel, it would be a late harvest wine.

Dull colour. Sort of a bland, malty base, and a little orange character. This isn't really connected to the base - they aren't complementary in any way. The gose would have been a better base. So it doesn't clash but it doesn't go anywhere either.

Basically a spiced kveik porter. The base porter is pretty good, the spices are old school but well balanced. Mild underlying bitterness is just enough, and allows this to be an effective session beer. Still, you have like the old school cinnamon and nutmeg thing.

Well, I do like grapefruit soda, so I suppose I like this. Hard to evaluate it seriously, but maybe I'll ride down there in the spring and see how I really feel.

Pale gold. Thin head. Sweetish, but I guess it's balanced enough, or the malt character isn't bad.

Quite sweet, which isn't super surprising, but then it gets all phenolic and thins right out. Depending on how the yeast and honey interact, that's also not surprising. Disappointing, because it doesn't make for a great beer, but not surprising.

Golden amber. Nice nutty character, with high caramel. A bit sweet to play the pilsner card, or even polotmavy, but it's not a bad beer.

Better balanced than I expected it to be, actually. Mostly vanilla, less chestnut character. But decent malt base and enough bitterness that it wasn't cloying, allowing the flavour elements to come across positively.

Pink and cloudy. Light tartness. OK raspberry taste. Not bad, as raspberry wheat goes.
