Amber, bright, medium head. Toasty, caramelly character, fairly sweet, a touch of herbal hop, it’s on the sweet side, but not bad.

Dark amber, rye and medium bitterness, light hop…okay good beer but I wouldn't go nuts on the Lithuanian connection. It’s not exactly taking me back to that sunny day Pakruojis when I hit the breakfast sesh with the farmers at 7am and because everything was 9% I was gooned by 9am when they closed for the morning. Went back to my room and napped until the god of Lithuanian traditional beer, Jovalu, opened at lunch. Nor does it take me back to me and omhper playing ping pong at the original Šnekutis, in Pasvalys, dumbfounded at what we had found…the first outsiders to document the Lithuanian scene. Every single beer, one of us loved it and the other one hated it. So while this is good beer but I am not really feeling the Lithuanian connection. Happy for the memories and all but it's more like from a what is missing perspective than a what it nailed.

Murky pale amber, no head. Bretty, rummy, light berry notes. Lots of malt, not that hoppy but it’s got an interesting character.

Greyish and pale. No head. Yeasty, stinky. It's light and thin, not a whole lot of character. I think I'm missing something.

Amber-brown colour. Medium brown head. Smells like it'll be good. But on the palate, it's actually quite phenolic, so all the fruit and vinous stuff kind of gets lost.

Hazy and dull, with no head. This one is tart, fruity, with solid berry notes. Good body, and all round complexity.

Pale brown. Thin head. Fruity, toffeeish, very English in character. Soft body with nice fruitiness. Good balance, good bw.
