Hazy blond colour. It's dry but not weak; it has a bit of raw cereals character, at first it reminded me of a NA beer. The bitterness is more balanced than one would expect; but there is no hop quality. Not bad.

Muddy citrus on the nose with lemon notes, has relatively decent foam and a modestly carbonated medium gold body. Flavour is okay chewy grain character, round saison notes. Mouthfeel has good carbonation but there's an odd grain aftertaste. It's decent enough, some unique grain character, competently brewed, but could be smoother and smarter.
