Flavour follows along the same lines, bringing out spicy coriander and citrus peel upfront, lightly accentuated by jammy currant. The fruit doesn't impart much sweetness—the coriander is still quite prominent. Very pleasant wit.

Flavour reveals subtle spiciness, saison yeast, a bit of citrus and stone fruits, and some earthiness. Low esters, with a fairly dry, spicy mouthfeel that lingers. Not exactly on style, but it's a pleasant brew.

Flavour is soft, with bready malt, subdued earthy hops, and again with a little butterscotch. Strange concoction - nothing wrong, just not the usual flavours in a pale. It's alright.

Cloudy, with a touch of pink in the colour. Kettle sour aroma up front and a mild cranberry on the palate.

Light brown. Light nutty accents on the nose. Sweet and nutty on the palate. Good body and pleasant balancing sweetness.

Kind of an ugly amber. No head. The aroma is a bit messy, random fruit/pine hops and a muddled up malt character. Bitter, yeasty, kind of homebrewy. Chewy malts. It's okay but definitely lacks refinement.

Cloudy, sort of a pale amber. The aroma is really weedy. On the palate, also weedy, and really bitter. The malts aren't bringing much to the table. But I do like the hop character.

Nice hoppiness and modest grain aroma, has a good foggy gold body with decent foam. Flavour is nice round grain, sweet hops, plenty of cereal. Mouthfeel is full and crisp. Not quite true to the farmhouse style but still nice.

Okay fruit aroma though a little septic, has a nice foggy milky pink body with some foam. Flavour is nice grain notes with very modest currant but that's okay here as the balance works well. Mouthfeel is perfectly dry. This is nice, a less fruit forward attempt that works well.
