Bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt with a touch of caramel. Malty, slightly roasty taste with distinct caramel notes. You can taste the alcohol but given the ABV, its flavour is actually rather discreet. Not bad!

Wyśmienite piwo o rubinowo-ciemnoczerwonym kolorze. Słodkawe, ale nie nachalnie, alkocholowa nuta wyczuwalna w smaku ale także od tej miłej strony. Piana sporoa i trwała jak na piwo o takim stężeniu alkoholu to spory plus. Karmelowy smak. Nut chmielowych brak ale to jak wiadomu doppelbock więc nie można się czepiać. Draft at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. Pours clear, yellow-gold, effervescent with a weak, white foam head. Big cereal and doughy malt nose. Medium sweet flavor, lightly dry, with tons of crunchy cereal, light sweetness and hay. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet, biscuity finish with more cereal, mild straw and floral bitters. Nice crispy cereal malts here. Very drinkable.
