33 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow to orange with a white head. Grassy, slight hay and bitterhops aroma. Flavour is a nice balance between slight sweet malt and a good portion of bitterness all wrapped in saaz hops. Good bitterness in the finish. Nice.

Bottled. Golden colour with mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is toffee, alcohol and some fruity hints. Flavour is very fruity and malty along with some balancing up alcohol. Really wellbalanced beer, which hides the alcohol quite well (for being close to 10%).

33 cL bottle. Pours golden yellow with a crispy and quickly disappearing white head. Sweet and mouldy aroma. Sweet and slight mouldy flavour with a mild bitterness in the finish. Soft and mellow, but not as the Hancock Beer.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a red hue, creamy/crispy light brown head - crisply disappearing head. Aroma of sweet roasted malt and slight raisin/dried fruit. Flavour is sweet, raisin fruity. Slight fizzy mouthfeel. Sweet bitter finish. Nice. Alcohol is very well hidden.7-3-7-4-15=3.6

33 cL bottle. Pours deep brown with a red hue, clear and with a small slight creamy off-white head. Slight sweet caramel malty aroma. Sweet cornish and mild caramel flavour. Butterscotch note once the beer heats a bit up. Slight thin finish with a decent bitterness. Decent.6-3-5-3-11=2.8

Half. Draught at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. Very dark brown body. Missing head. Moderate aroma of dark fruits (plums and grapes) leading to a flavour of dark berries, blackcurrant among others. Yeasty ending. Vinous impresstion. Stong and rather well bodied (02.08.2007).

330ml bottle on a lovely early afternoon at the chill-out Plan B in Copenhagen. Clear amber body. Low-level head. Mild malty aroma with a brush of citrus. Grassy and bready taste added a touch of tartness. Medium bodied. Alright for the style (02.08.2007).

220ml on tap. Bright golden body. Almost no head. Grassy smell. Pale malty taste. Very dry. Medium palate. A little bit more than the kind of pilsener I’m used to from Norway (Copenhagen, 01.08.2007).
