[#3.080 Global - #226 Denmark - #1 Hancock Bryggerierne (My #38 Danish Brewery)] Dark amber to brown colour with a medium tan head. Aroma is caramel malts, dried fruits and soft wood. Taste is also caramel malts and soft wood leading to an intense caramelly finish. Next one please!

From a 70 cl shared bottle. Clear amber colour with a fast fading off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, red fruits, nuts and earthy hoppy notes. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body. Rather dry finish with lingering fruits. Rather classical and well crafted Bock.

Bottle from MiP, thanks! Vinous, alcoholic aroma, just a bit raisinny. Alcoholic flavor, malty sweet and rather sherry-like. Just a touch of chocolate. tasty, but not very well balanced.

Bottle from Maria, thanks! Golden color, no head. Grainy, somewhat vegetable-like aroma. Grainy, alcoholic, slightly perfumed flavor, with hints of citrus. Sticky mouthfeel.

Bottle from Maria, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Malted milk aroma, slightly roasted. Sweet, sugary, milky flavor with some roast. Probably enjoyable after a long cycling tour.

Bottle from MiP, best until feb 04. 9,7% on the label. Orange color. Sherry aroma, dusty with some remaining flowery hops and hints of cherry sweets. Dusty and fairly thin. Vinous flavor, grainy sweet with a hint of raspberry. The alcohol is extremely well hidden. Past its peak probably, but still very well drinkable, has matured quite well, although the result remains questionable.
