Banana, orange, clove, chocolate wheat malt, and straw aroma. Dark brown with moderate brown head. Moderately sweet banana, strong clove, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body - light plastic aftertaste.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep copper with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains and bread with a touch of cookie underlying. Flavor has bread and grains with some straw and hay backing.
