16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart limes, lemon, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, red/green apple, melon, white wine, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, lime, peppercorn, pale/wheat malt, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart limes, lemon, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, red/green apple, melon, white wine, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness; herbal, floral, grassy, zesty bitterness; and light Brett/lime tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart limes, lemon, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, red/green apple, melon, white wine, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, lime, peppercorn, pale/wheat malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with an awesome malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and no astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 5.8%. Overall this is an outstanding Brett saison! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, lime, peppercorn, pale/wheat malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Awesome classic Brett/Saison yeast complexity; with balanced limes, spice, and pale/wheat malts; with solid earthy hop presence. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. My favorite saison from them so far.

Pour is a yellow-orange with a large white head. Aroma is a nice estery and floral yeast. Flavor is bitter hop at first then comes a bit of florals and then the yeast esters hit you. The can did not lie this is bitter and dry as all get out. Everything you are looking for in a saison is here plus some hop bitterness to keep it interesting.

Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, grapefruit juice/zest, citrus/earthy hops, and moderate pale/rye malt notes; with solid strength. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very nice fruited table saison. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, grapefruit juice/zest, citrus/earthy hops, and moderate pale/rye malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; with the moderately bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Great balance of citrus/earthy hops, grapefruit juice/zest, and Brett/saision yeast complexity; with a nice pale/rye malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Pint can, Wine Warehouse. Light golden pour, lots of haze, small white head. Aroma is orange peel, funk, grapefruit, oat, hay. Flavor is tart citrus, light funk, light hay, oat, roasted barley, pineapple. Very nice.

Pint can, Wine Warehouse. Pours murky gold, lots of carbonation, soft white head. Aroma is funk, hay, lemon zest, black pepper, green vegetation. Flavor is funky hay, black pepper, citrus peel - lemon more than lime, more black pepper, green leaf. Nicely done, but perhaps too much pepper.
