Bottle. Clear pale gold with good white head. Hoppy aroma with a hint of bread. Medium body with good smooth carbonation giving nice mouthfeel. Pleasant refreshing hoppy foretaste with disappointingflat and metallic finish. Overall OK but not great.

50 cl bügel bottle bought from a store in Hanover. BB 05 11. Sampled on December 30, 2010As Hefe-Weissbier.Hazy golden color, huge white head. Sweet, banana and some clove scent. Sweet, banana, a bit thin taste. Sort of flat citrus aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. I get a bit of dryish aftertaste.

Bottle @ Local Tasting. Pours clear golden with a whitehead. Corn and grain mainly. Rather harsh around the edges. Thin mouthfeel!

First Snowfall of the Season tasting in Odense. Golden with a big white head. Herbal hops and DMS in the aroma. Dry, grainy malt flavour with lots of DMS.

Boring yellow colour, but the huge head makes up for it. Hoppy aroma, not too sharp but not jumping out either. Taste is smooth, some grain notes, some hops hints, semi-dry finish.

The bottle looks very simple, but good. The beer in the glass is very zippy, huge head for a bock. Starts very strong and spicy, a bit grasy-earthy, modest alcoholic. Finish a little bit dry, still strong and spicy. Quite drinkable, really good!
