Description
Mlinarica is known for its homely atmosphere. Tables and benches made of solid wood fill the interior of the space, and in the glass part of the pub there is a large fireplace. Every day we offer many homemade dishes, snacks, grilled dishes and homemade desserts, on weekends different baking.
In 2016, next to the brewery, we open a craft brewery and join the Zagreb beer revolution, offering guests top craft beers of different flavors and aromas.

Enormous thanks to Edi & Dimitar for letting me try this prior to the official release! Hazy ruby body, creamy off white head. Lovely malty aroma, toffee and something almost flowery about it - but not from the hops - need to check out that aroma malt more, very light raisins. Excellent! Sweetish, silky, creamy taste, full but not cloying, toffee, light dark fruit, light bitterness, creamy touches, vague alcohol, if any, even maybe, maybe something almost citric. Success! And an extra 0.1 for daring.

Aroma is malty, caramel, grainy, bready, gingerbread, spices, light banana or other esthers. Nice balanced sweetness with some spice, dark bread. Light to medium body. Light finish. Drinkable. Can see myself drinking again.

Tap at Mlinarica. Pre-release, pre-Prague sample courtesy of the most generous Edi & Dimitar! Coppery-orange body, off whtie head. Lovely, delicate aroma, caramel, orange peel, flowery notes. Taste... caramelly malty background, some Cedevita-candy-like orange candy notes, dry and quite tasty. A remarkable, excellent beer.

Tap at the brewpub. Shiny coppery-amber body with a white head, small, lasting off white head. Perfumy, almost flowery aroma - despite being magnum-only, wholly malt-driven of course, light dried fruit. Lighter, very drinkable bock, silky, caramel, slightly perfumey-malty, good carbonation. Elegant and oh so dangerously drinkable. An excellent lager!

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy light golden with medium white head. Spicy, citrus, some lemon, coriander, smooth, light bodied. Some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied. Quite good for the style, one of the best witbiers I've tried.
