Slowly aged beers inspired and influenced by time,seasons past,sense of place and beautiful people around us.

Métaphore je řemeslný pivní projekt zaměrěný na pomalu vyzrávaná piva ve dřevě, ovlivněná časem a bio-diverzitou okolí a vlastní mixed culture. Piva odráží místo a čas vzniku, konkrétní roční období a lidi, kteří se na nich podílejí. Projekt Métaphore, je tvorbou Jiřího Sládka, momentálně sládkuje v pivovaru Clock a v temných zákoutích pivovaru se věnuje tvorbě vlastních naturálních piv a zároveň i barrel aged programu pivovaru Clock.

Bottle pour @ MBCC 2022, Copenhagen. Funky and farmyardy with hints of grapes and earthiness, some oaky woody notes. Okay.

[ As Métaphore Discipline Equals Freedom ].
ABV: 5.3%. Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, earthy malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, earthy malt, pale malt, sweet malt, medium dry, barrel - wood touch (can read acacia). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220513]

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is earthy, grassy, some of the emmer character in there. Taste is the same, pretty rough in character, but interesting. Oily mouthfeel, almost flat.
