Description

Cloudy brown color, hardly any head. Aroma is malty, earthy, rye. Taste is like i’m eating some earth from my own garden (which i don’t have on 4th floor), some roasted malts. Very bad brew.

A hazy yellow beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is sweet with notes of peaches, spices, apples, and yeast. The flavor is dry with notes of peach. The body is thin but the alcohol runs prickling over the tongue.

Dark amber color. Light vanilla aroma; caramel. Caramel flavor over all; the hop remains hidden. Ordinary. Thanks Jens (Ungstrup) for this bottle.

A deep red beer with a beutiful beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of grain and yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of nuts, caramel, hop oils combined with a slight acidicness. It has a good bitterness, that turns prickling in the end. A really nice tasting beer.

The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast and straws. The color is light amber and it has a fine head. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, yeast, and straws. It ends on a slight bitterness prickling across the tongue. I think the flavor is a little simple.

This is definitely not a flemish sour ale. More like a Dutch Oud Bruin, which is sweet and malty. So, sweet and malty brew, skunky. I don't like it.

Blond color. Average beer, characterized mostly by a quite strong bitterness; but not enough aroma nor malt.
