(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Sep 2024) Reddish amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, figs, cinnamon and spices. Fruity, malty taste with caramel, dried fruit, raisins, prunes and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, tasty and well balanced dubbel. Very nice.

Malty, fruity taste with caramel, dried fruit, prunes, dates, raisins, brown sugar and a mild herbal bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, quite sweet. Rich and warming, quite well balanced for its strength. Very nice.

Fruity, malty taste with apricots, caramel, dried fruit, brown sugar and a balanced herbal bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Quite complex, still in good balance. Well made tripel. Very nice.

Lys brun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter blomster, noe sitrusskall og smør. Lett. Bitter. Smaker druestein, blomsterstilk og belgisk gjær, som jeg ikke får til å stemme i en IPA. Lang bitter.

Many thanks for this kloster beer from Sweden to mr Marek. No to mamy Szwedzi i klasztor katolicki, cos tu nie pasuje, tym bardziej zabawne i cieszy etykieta z zakonnicami. Piwo smaczne typowo klasztorne, belgijski styl doskonale odtworzony, piana spora i trwala, zlociste ze spora metnoscia i slodowoscia jak i rowniez z subtelnym nachmieleniem
