Tasting at Brian's, bottle
Very pale, it's water with a dash of yellow. In the aroma, some plastic, chemicals, wax. It's moderately sweet, the flavour is waxy, a touch of alcohol in the finish.
Simplistic, but pleasant.

750ml on Brian's deck. Appearance: transparent as a water. Aroma: a bit fruity and boozy, humid. Taste: along the same lines with a slight yeasty character. Overall: not bad.

Clear as water. Stinky and honey notes. Honey and some booze and a bit bland. Very boring.

750mL bottle, pours a clear colour, not far off from water. Nose brings out restrained wildflower honey and a touch of tang. Flavour is gently tangy, with wildflower honey, low-medium sweetness, and a little seltzer. Low sweetness on the palate with a very warming effect from the alcohol -- it's a little hot, but contained. Not all that complex, but it's pleasant enough. Simple product.
